Booking Agreement (Sebastián Jimenez)

The following Terms & Conditions apply to private lesson pre-bookings with Sebastián Jimenez.
1. Lesson Pre-Booking
The online calendar allows students to submit a pre-booking request for a private lesson by selecting their preferred date and time.
Submitting a pre-booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
No payment is required at this stage.
2. Lesson Format
Lessons can be booked as either:
- In-person lessons in Lisbon, Portugal
- Online lessons
Please indicate whether the lesson is online or in-person in the booking form.
3. Lesson Package
Private lessons must be paid for in advance by purchasing a lesson package through the online shop.
Only students with a valid lesson package may confirm and attend private lessons.
4. Booking Confirmation
Once the pre-booking form has been received, Sebastián Jimenez will review the request and confirm the lesson according to his availability.
A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been accepted.
Until confirmation has been received, the selected date and time should be considered a request only.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Sebastián Jimenez
In the event that Sebastián Jimenez is unable to conduct the lesson due to illness, transport delays, official obligations, or other unforeseen circumstances, he will contact the student personally via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
A new lesson date and time will be arranged by mutual agreement.
6. Student Cancellations
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed lesson, they are kindly requested to provide as much notice as possible.
7. Contact
After a lesson has been confirmed, all communication regarding scheduling or changes will take place directly between Sebastián Jimenez and the student.
